Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1-2 tbsp honey
Instructions

Heat the berries in a small pot over medium heat until thawed and soft, about 5 minutes.

Mash the berries with a fork or potato masher until desired consistency is reached.

Add chia seeds, flax seeds, and honey, stir to combine.

Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature before serving.
