How To Make Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl, alternating with the milk and ending with the dry mixture.

  6. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together.

  7. Pour half of the cake batter into the Bundt pan, then sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.

  8. Pour the remaining cake batter into the pan, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture on top.

  9. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the cinnamon sugar mixture into the cake batter.

  10. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

  11. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
