How To Make Sweet Potato Casserole with Pecan Streusel Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make sweet potato casserole topped with crunchy pecan streusel!

Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large pot, boil sweet potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.

Mix in milk, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Transfer mixture to a baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter to form the streusel topping.

Sprinkle the pecan streusel over the sweet potato mixture.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is crispy and lightly browned.
