How To Make Summer Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

  2. Add the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, and onion. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for an additional minute.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and honey. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir-fry for another minute or until the sauce has thickened.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
