How To Make Summer Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
A colorful and healthy stir-fry loaded with fresh summer vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, and onion. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for an additional minute.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and honey. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir-fry for another minute or until the sauce has thickened.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
