How To Make Greek Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz fusilli pasta
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss until well coated.
