How To Make Quinoa and Black Bean Salad
A healthy and flavorful salad made with quinoa, black beans, veggies and spices.

Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool.

In a large bowl, mix cooked quinoa, black beans, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the quinoa mixture and toss.

Serve chilled.
