How To Make Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings
Crispy cauliflower coated in spicy buffalo sauce; a perfect vegan alternative to chicken wings.

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a baking sheet.

In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Add almond milk and whisk until smooth batter forms.

Place panko breadcrumbs in another bowl.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it’s coated completely. Then, roll it in the panko breadcrumbs and place on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

While the cauliflower is baking, melt vegan butter in a saucepan and whisk with buffalo sauce.

Once the cauliflower is done, toss it in the buffalo sauce, making sure each floret is coated.

Serve hot with vegan ranch dressing or dipping sauce of your choice.
