How To Make Vegan BBQ Jackfruit Tacos
Delicious and savory BBQ pulled jackfruit tacos, perfect for vegans or those who love to experiment with new flavors.

Ingredients
- 2 cans of jackfruit, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Corn tortillas
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, vegan sour cream, cilantro
Instructions

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until onion is translucent.

Add drained jackfruit to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to the pan with jackfruit. Mix well and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Warm up corn tortillas in a separate pan or in the oven.
