How To Make Halloween Monster Eye Cookies
Spooky and delicious cookies with eyeball decorations.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Green food coloring
- Candy eyeballs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

Slowly mix in dry ingredients until dough forms.

Add green food coloring until cookie dough is desired color.

Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.

Gently press a candy eyeball into each cookie.

Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are lightly golden brown.
