Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar. Add in eggs and vanilla extract.

  3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.

  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.

  5. Stir in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking pan.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely.

  8. In a separate bowl, melt white chocolate and drizzle over the top of the cooled brownies in a spiderweb pattern.

  9. Let the white chocolate set before serving.
