How To Make Halloween Pumpkin Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together canned pumpkin, sugar, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.

Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with milk.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling about 2/3rds full.

Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool the cupcakes for 10 minutes and transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
