Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/176°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.

  5. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until well combined.

  6. Fold in sprinkles, chocolate chips, and candy eyes.

  7. Using a cookie scoop, form dough balls and place them onto the parchment paper.

  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
