Ingredients

  • 2 lb ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Place ham in a roasting pan.

  3. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, bourbon, honey, dijon mustard, cloves, and nutmeg. Spread the mixture all over the ham.

  4. Cover the ham with foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

  5. Remove foil and baste the ham with the pan juices.

  6. Increase oven temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes until the glaze is browned and bubbly.

  7. Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
