  • 1 (4-pound) fully cooked boneless ham
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Line a baking pan with foil.

  3. Score the ham with a sharp knife.

  4. Mix brown sugar, bourbon, mustard, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper in a bowl until smooth.

  5. Brush the glaze generously over the ham.

  6. Bake the ham for about 2 hours, basting it with the glaze every 20 minutes.

  7. Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
