How To Make Honey Mustard and Herb Easter Ham Recipe
A succulent roasted ham glazed with honey mustard and infused with fragrant herbs – a perfect Easter feast!

Ingredients
- 1 small cured ham, bone-in (about 4 lbs)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

Remove packaging and place ham, flat side down into a roasting pan.

Using a sharp knife, score the ham in a criss-cross pattern.

In a small bowl, mix together honey, mustard, brown sugar, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Brush or spoon half of the glaze over the ham, making sure to get in between the crevices.

Cover the ham with foil or a lid and roast for 1.5 hours.

Remove from oven, brush with the remaining glaze, and bake uncovered for another 45 minutes or until the ham is golden brown and heated through.

Remove from oven, cover with foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
