How To Make Baby Bella Mushroom and Swiss Burger Recipe
Juicy beef burger topped with sautéed baby bella mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan.

Form beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.

Grill burgers until cooked to desired temperature, about 4-5 minutes per side.

While burgers are cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Top each burger with sautéed mushrooms and a slice of Swiss cheese.

Toast buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
