How To Make Baby Bella Mushroom and Goat Cheese Tart
A savory and creamy tart featuring earthy Baby Bella mushrooms and tangy goat cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups of Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 ounces of goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Lay pie crust into tart pan and prick with a fork.

In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and add sliced mushrooms. Cook until they release their juices, then add garlic and cook for another minute.

Spread mushroom mixture evenly over the bottom of the tart crust.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour egg mixture over the mushrooms in the tart crust.

Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the filling is set and the edges of the crust are golden brown.

Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
