How To Make Water Chestnut Stir-Fry Recipe
This stir-fry recipe features water chestnuts as the star ingredient with a delicious sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add water chestnuts and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and 1/2 cup water.

Pour the sauce into the wok and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
