- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add chopped water chestnuts and spinach to the mixture.
