How To Make Lentil Burgers Recipe
A vegetarian burger made with protein-packed lentils and flavorful spices.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked lentils, chopped onion, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Use a fork or potato masher to mash the lentil mixture until it starts to come together.

Use your hands to shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and grease with cooking spray or oil.

Cook the lentil patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
