How To Make Green Pea and Mint Salad

A refreshing salad with the sweetness of green peas and the freshness of mint.

  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen green peas
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. If using frozen peas, cook them according to package instructions and let them cool.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice.

  3. Add green peas, mint, and feta cheese to the bowl and mix well.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve chilled.
