How To Make Green Pea and Mint Salad
A refreshing salad with the sweetness of green peas and the freshness of mint.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh or frozen green peas
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

If using frozen peas, cook them according to package instructions and let them cool.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice.

Add green peas, mint, and feta cheese to the bowl and mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
