How To Make Green Pea and Cauliflower Curry Recipe
A flavorful vegan and gluten-free dish with tender cauliflower and sweet green peas simmered in a spiced coconut milk gravy.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cups green peas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt, to taste
- cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.

Add garlic, ginger paste, and curry powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add in cauliflower and green peas. Stir to coat with spices.

Pour in coconut milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.

Season with salt, to taste.

Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
