Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add serrano peppers, carrots, and cilantro to the bowl and toss until fully coated in the dressing.

  3. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
