How To Make Serrano Pepper and Beef Stir-Fry Recipe
A spicy and flavorful stir-fry that’s perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
- 2 Serrano peppers, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving

In a bowl, mix the cornstarch, soy sauce, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the sliced steak and toss to coat. Let sit for a few minutes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the sliced Serrano peppers, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the marinated steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.

Serve over cooked rice.
