
How To Make Serrano Cilantro Pineapple Cocktail
This bold mix of serrano, cilantro, and pineapple cocktail recipe is refreshingly sweet, herbal, healthy, and very easy to make.

- 1tbspcilantro,fresh
- ½small lime,juiced
- 1small serrano pepper,sliced to round pieces, ¼-inch thick
- 1½ozsilver tequila
- 3ozpineapple juice
- agave nectar,optional, to taste
- lime round,optional, to garnish
Instructions

In a cocktail shaker or glass, muddle the cilantro, lime juice, and slice of serrano.

Fill the shaker with ice and pour in the tequila, pineapple juice, and a light drizzle of agave nectar. Shake well, and strain the mixture over ice in a cocktail glass.

Garnish minimally with a lime round, or get fancy with a slice of pineapple and sprig of cilantro on a cocktail pick.
