  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 2 Serrano peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, Serrano peppers, red onion, and cilantro.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, and salt.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

  4. Serve chilled.
