How To Make California Vegetable Blend

A very easy-to-make vegetable dish that is perfect for the main course on gatherings.

  • 16 oz mixed California Blend vegetables (cook, not overdone)
  • 1 cup Minute Rice (cooked)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese
  1. Melt together margarine, soup, and cheese.

  2. Mix together with rice and vegetables.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
