How To Make Easy Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced cabbage
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and oyster sauce.

  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add the sliced carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, and cabbage to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

  5. Add the cooked noodles and sauce mixture to the pan. Toss everything together until well combined.

  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat everything through.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
