  • cupschicken stock
  • 1Florida avocado
  • 1cupnonfat sour cream
  • 1medium onion
  • 2tbsplemon juice
  • 2clovegarlic
  • ½tspchili powder
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • 1tsppaprika,for garnish


  1. Combine the stock, avocado, sour cream, onion, lemon juice, garlic, and chili powder in a blender jar.

  2. Process until pureed.

  3. Chill for 45 minutes.

  4. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.

  5. Top each serving with paprika.
