- 3½cupschicken stock
- 1Florida avocado
- 1cupnonfat sour cream
- 1medium onion
- 2tbsplemon juice
- 2clovegarlic
- ½tspchili powder
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 1tsppaprika,for garnish

Combine the stock, avocado, sour cream, onion, lemon juice, garlic, and chili powder in a blender jar.
