How To Make Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions

Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.

Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker.

Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and spices.

Close the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.

If desired, mix cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry and add it to the slow cooker. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high, until the sauce thickens.
