Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14.75 oz each) salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, flake the salmon with a fork.

  2. Add breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the salmon. Mix well to combine.

  3. Form the mixture into 8 patties.

  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
