How To Make Super Easy Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
- 2 cans (14.75 oz each) salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, flake the salmon with a fork.

Add breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the salmon. Mix well to combine.

Form the mixture into 8 patties.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
