How To Make Keto Salmon Cakes Recipe

Quick and easy low-carb Salmon cakes made with canned salmon and almond flour.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of salmon (14.75 oz each)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of almond flour
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned salmon and remove any bones and skin.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, eggs, almond flour, parsley, onion, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Shape the mixture into 8 patties.

  4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  5. Add salmon cakes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
