How To Make Keto Salmon Cakes Recipe
Quick and easy low-carb Salmon cakes made with canned salmon and almond flour.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cans of salmon (14.75 oz each)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

Drain the canned salmon and remove any bones and skin.

In a large bowl, combine the salmon, eggs, almond flour, parsley, onion, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into 8 patties.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add salmon cakes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Serve hot with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
