How To Make Smoked Trout & Cucumber Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked trout fillets
- 8 oz soba noodles
- 1 English cucumber, julienned
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- for the sesame dressing:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Instructions

Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the sesame dressing until well combined.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked soba noodles, julienned cucumber, sliced green onions, and sesame dressing. Toss to coat everything evenly.

Divide the sesame noodles among four plates. Top each plate with smoked trout fillets and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
