How To Make Noodle Bowl Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions

Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, bean sprouts, cilantro, green onions, and peanuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes.

Pour the dressing over the noodle mixture and toss until well-coated.
