How To Make Salmon & Dill Fish Cakes

Ingredients
- 500g salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, eggs, mayonnaise, dill, breadcrumbs, red onion, celery, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the fish cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Serve the salmon & dill fish cakes hot with a side of tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
