How To Make Italian Broccoli & Salmon Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 cups of broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large baking dish, arrange the salmon fillets and broccoli florets.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Drizzle this mixture over the salmon and broccoli, making sure everything is evenly coated.

  5. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon and broccoli.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness and the broccoli is tender.

  7. Optional: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the dish during the last 5 minutes of baking.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
