  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 lb of salmon fillets
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut into thin strips.

  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Brush the mixture onto the salmon fillets.

  4. Place the salmon fillets and broccoli florets in the center of the puff pastry, arranging them in a lattice pattern.

  5. Brush the beaten egg over the puff pastry strips.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the salmon is cooked through.
