How To Make Soy Salmon & Broccoli Traybake

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

Place the salmon fillets and broccoli florets on a baking tray.

Pour the soy marinade over the salmon, reserving a little for later.

Season the salmon and broccoli with salt and pepper.

Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.

Remove from the oven and drizzle the reserved marinade over the salmon.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
