  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh dill, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and dried dill. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

  6. Serve the baked Dijon salmon with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh dill.
