How To Make Baked Dijon Salmon Recipe

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and dried dill. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
