  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, horseradish, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Spread the horseradish mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
