Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Brush the Dijon mustard mixture onto the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.

  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Garnish with fresh dill and serve hot.
