How To Make Tarragon Dijon Salmon Recipe

A delicious dish of baked salmon with a tangy dijon and tarragon sauce.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them on a baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and tarragon.

  4. Brush the mustard mixture over the top of the salmon fillets.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
