  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the maple syrup mixture generously over the salmon.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
