- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
