How To Make Baked Keto Salmon Recipe
A low-carb, high-fat salmon dish with a crispy skin and flavorful seasoning.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (4-6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Place salmon fillets, skin-side down, on baking dish and brush with olive oil.

In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper.

Spread the mixture on top of each salmon fillet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked to desired doneness.
