How To Make Lemon-Orange Orange Roughy Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 orange roughy fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 orange, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the orange roughy fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets and sprinkle with lemon zest, orange zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Squeeze the juice of the lemon and orange over the fillets.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
