How To Make Sweet Mustard Salmon with Garlicky Veg

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pound mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers), chopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
