  • 16 dates, pitted
  • 8 slices of bacon, cut in half
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with the chopped sage, salt, and pepper.

  3. Fill each date with the sage-infused cream cheese.

  4. Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap each date with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.

  5. Place the bacon-wrapped dates on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and cooked through.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
