How To Make BUSH’S® Asian Banh Mi Sandwich
Layered with grilled pork slices and shredded veggies, this banh mi sandwich is made fresh with cilantro and spicy with a dash of Sriracha, for a full meal.

Ingredients
- 21ozBUSH’S® Sriracha Beans,(1 can)
- 1lbpork tenderloin,teriyaki-marinated, thinly sliced
- 1whole wheat baguette loaf,cut into four 6-inch lengths, split
- 4tbspsriracha mayonnaise
- 8tsphoisin sauce
- 1cupcucumber,seedless, chopped into matchstick pieces
- 1cupcilantro leaves,loosely packed
- 1cupcarrots,chopped into matchstick pieces
Instructions

Heat the grill to high heat. Grill the pork slices for 5 to 10 minutes, turning once until cooked through or internal temperature is at least 145 degrees F.

Spread each baguette with 1 tablespoon of sriracha mayo and 2 teaspoons of hoisin sauce.

Top each baguette with 2 slices of pork, and ¼ cup of each: cucumber, cilantro, and carrots.
