  • 2sliceshoney 7-grain bread
  • ¼cuplettuce
  • 2thin slices tomato
  • 1ozhaas avocado
  • Salt and pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the lettuce on the toasted bread, top with remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Finish with second slice of bread and cut in half.
