- 1.5 pounds of top round roast beef
- 4 kummelweck rolls
- 1 tablespoon of kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup of beef broth
- 4 tablespoons of prepared horseradish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F.
